About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to elicit, analyse, and document requirements for digital initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document business and system requirements.
Map current and future-state processes.
Facilitate workshops and support user acceptance testing.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Skills & experience

Proven BA experience on ICT/digital projects.
Requirements elicitation and process modelling.
Strong stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

Agile BA experience.
Experience in government service delivery.
